Cancellation Policy

GENERAL STATEMENT ON CANCELLATIONS:

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLING YOUR BOOKINGS USING THE AHHA WELLNESS WEBSITE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT TIME. CANCELLATIONS CANNOT BE MADE ON THE WEBSITE, BY PHONE OR IN PERSON WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS.


Cancellation Policy:

We work hard to make sure we can provide a quality service to our clients to do this we reserve your appointment slot just for you. We need at least 24 hours to notice to reschedule or cancel a booking. Cancellations under 24 hours notice will incur a full charge of your appointment fee.


Ahha Wellness initiated cancellations:

Sometimes things go wrong and we might need to cancel your appointment to get things back to normal. When this happens we will automatically issue a credit for the cancelled service and you can use this credit to make your replacement booking whenever you are free. We will do our best to give you as much notice as possible when this happens.


How to cancel:

You can manage all your bookings, including cancelling by logging into your account and clicking on the profile button. All of your current and previous bookings are listed, simply click the cancel next to the respective booking. You can find your profile here


Refund policy:

Ahha Wellness does not refund cancelled bookings. When you cancel an appointment your account will automatically be issued a credit for the cancelled service and you can use this credit to make your replacement booking whenever you are free.

Ahha Wellness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. By using the site, you agree to any revised changes. It is recommended that users review this document periodically to stay informed.
